The ICO stared on 17 December 2017 and will go on until 31 January 2018. The soft cap is $500,000 USD. The target volume for the token sale is 500,000,000. Out of this:

BUSINESS MODEL
It is divided into two parts: acquiring property and selling it off.
Properties will be acquired with the money that has been obtained from the investors via the ICO. The properties will, later on, be sold at higher prices and a return of 10% will be shared with the investors as a dividend. As this process goes on, the price of RTC will rise.
The company also aims to make RTC an acceptable means of payment in real estate market.
REVIEW
Presently, the company only operates in Chile and will move to different areas as it expands. However, it is a good time to invest in Chilean property, as VAT is imposed on newer properties in Chile, making older properties more lucrative. The company is yet to analyze the technological aspects due to lack of relevant documentation. Also, you must be careful as it could turn out to be yet another Ponzi scheme. The real estate market is also very volatile and there is no 100% guarantee of good returns. Overall, it is still in the development stage and you must wait for some more time before putting your money into it.
